Enclave boasts a remarkable collection of contemporary apartments, townhouses and terrace homes across three architecturally stunning buildings, linked by elevated boardwalks that help foster a real sense of boutique community.

Architecturally, the buildings boast a classic, modern design made up of bold vertical and horizontal lines, intersecting to define shapes and identify each individual residence. Expanses of concrete, glass and timber have been elegantly entwined, creating beautiful facadesthat reflect the surrounding landscape and radiate a natural warmth.

The development is located on the site formerly accommodating the old Wynnum Library, features a variety of mixed dwellings listed below:

  • 23 two bedroom apartments
  • 28 three bedroom apartments (including 4 two level terraces)
  • 9 three bedroom, three level townhouses

Designed by Ellivo Architects, the project includes a resident’s only pool and rooftop recreation deck featuring a BBQ area, seating areas as well as a boardwalk which connects the buildings and townhouses together.
