After having to renegotiate our office lease agreement and move into a new tenancy within the same building on a different floor level, my experience with Sally Collins, the Property Manager of De Martini Fletcher has been without doubt the smoothest and friendliest transition I have ever endured concerning leasing office space for our business.

Sally was very helpful and understanding when we were renegotiating our lease, accommodating our business requirements and coordinating a fair and favourable agreement between ourselves and the building owners.

Sally even took time out of her busy schedule to meet with me to discuss the placement of sizing of furniture required in the new office fit out.

I have also had the pleasure to meet with Dennis Kremmer and Nick Pimpinella, the friendly and accommodating building maintenance staff, who are onsite regularly responding to tenant’s concerns and any building maintenance issues as soon as it is reported.

Terrace Eye Centre – Level 2/87 Wickham Terrace, Spring Hill

From the very start of the lease negotiations with John Jnr he was very approachable and reasonable. We had an incredibly tight timeframe for the fitout and his team worked seamlessly with our contractors to achieve them. Since taking up our lease on level 2 we have had to liaise many times with the property management team and have found Sally, Nick and Dennis to be very helpful and obliging. We always receive a positive and cheerful response, offering solutions and fixes promptly. Their attitude to their tenants is welcoming and cooperative.

Thanks again to you all for making my life easier when coming up with a problem with Level 2.

I wanted to drop you a line to share how happy we’ve been with the entire process involved in taking up tenancy at 87 Wickham Terrace, Spring Hill.

Right through from John Jnr’s helpfulness and patience in accommodating our numerous requests and queries in the early stages, through to the building and painting team led by Nick and Harry, who were so obliging and always with a smile or useful suggestion, to working with my “new best friend”, Sally, and of course there is the ever vigilant and efficient, Dennis, who’s been a great asset in settling us in.

Our team was also impressed yesterday by the Fire presentation from comedian come safety expert, Charles, as well as by Jim’s cleaning team last night.

You have assembled a wonderful group of individuals and our thanks to them all for making our move into our lovely new office, so seamless.

Subject: Thank goodness for Norm

Hi John,

I just wanted to send you a quick email to let you know how much we appreciate Norm and Denis.  Nothing is ever too much trouble for them and yesterday Norm went out of his way to help us get into the MDF box after Telstra accidentally cut off our internet.  Telstra didn’t tell us until the last minute that they would need access to the MDF because we had originally been told that the problem was at the exchange.  So we weren’t able to give Norm any warning but he still managed to help us.

We feel lucky to have them around and just wanted to pass that on to you.
