Nick joined De Martini Fletcher in August 2016 as Facilities Manager working closely with Sally Collins to ensure the properties and tenancies maintenance requirements are met within a timely manner.

Nick completed studying Property Economics at QUT and brings a positive, friendly and creative attitude to the De Martini Fletcher office.

A ‘hands on’ and very capable Facilities Manager who is competent across all areas of property maintenance, building and tenancy related issues. Nick is a good planner and communicator with a positive attitude who will always make sure the buildings and grounds are maintained to the highest possible standards. He has a track record of delivering a robust service, improving the effectiveness of maintenance equipment, and maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety and performance.

Nick professional mannerism liaising with both Owner and Tenants ensures a contented relationship between both parties.

Responsible for managing all aspects of the day to day maintenance service in a cost effective way, and for ensuring that tenants receive an excellent service.
